At Yemi Cosmetics, we operation Monday - Friday from 11AM - 4PM (MST). We do not operate during holidays or weekends.

All orders ship out from Arizona within 2-3 business days via USPS, after orders have been processed. Shipment times

may vary or take longer than usual, depending on the final destination. Please be aware, that once your package leaves

our facility, anything that happens in between then, is beyond our control.

Yemi Cosmetics is NOT liable for any lost, missing, or stolen packages.

In the event, that your shipment is lost, missing, or has arrived broken/damaged, please notify us by email

within 72 hours. Please also be aware that we can NOT accept returns or give refunds at this time.

Track Your Package

Use your USPS tracking number to track your package / shipment on the USPS website. All customers

are provided with a USPS tracking number and shipping notification via email, after orders are processed.

Shipments usually take 1-3 business days to receive. Delays may occur during holidays or busy seasons.
